Rates
Regular season rates (April 1 through January 1)
$165 per night (2-night minimum; 3-night minimum on holiday weekends & October weekends; 4-night minimum July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free $990.00
Winter season rates (January 2 through March 31)
$150 per night (2-night minimum)
$900 per week (7 nights)
Above rates are for up to four people. Add $10 per night for each person above four. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests.

Policies
A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay.
Payment is due at, or before, time of check-in.
We accept Visa, Master Card, or cash. Personal checks will be accepted, if provided 14 days prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for the check to clear.
If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, your security deposit will be fully refunded, provided we’re given at least 30 days notice. If 14 days notice is provided, ½ of your deposit will be refunded. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is provided your deposit will be retained.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM
Check-out is at 10:00 AM
Please help us and our housekeepers by adhering to these times.
No dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or firecrackers are permitted on the property.
NO PETS are permitted.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.
At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)
