A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be billed to the person booking the stay

Payment is due at, or before, time of check-in.
We accept Visa, Master Card, or cash.
Personal checks will be accepted, if provided 14 days prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for the check to clear

If it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, your security deposit will be fully refunded, provided we’re given at least 30 days notice. If 14 days notice is provided, ½ of your deposit will be refunded. If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is provided your deposit will be retained.

We’ll, at your direction, either fax or email a detailed map and written directions.

We’ve equipped Mountain High as our mountain home. The kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, glasses, coffee maker, and basic spices. High quality towels and linens are provided in each bathroom and bedroom. Plan on bringing personal items, such as soap and shampoo. If you plan on using the washer and dryer, please bring you own detergent. Feel free to use our board games and electronic games. If you have a favorite electronic game that you want to enjoy, we have a Sony PS2. Our three 36” TVs are all connected to a satellite dish and offer over 175 channels, including most premium movie channels.

Bedroom and bath accommodations are as follows:

• Master Bedroom 1 (Upper level) - King size bed, jaccuzzi style tub,
  separate shower, double sinks, walk-in closet, covered, screened
  sitting area/porch.
• Master Bedroom 2 (Main Level) - King size bed, jaccuzzi style tub,
  separate shower, double sinks, walk-in closet.
• Bedroom 3 (Lower Level) – Two queen beds. The bathroom has a
  tub/shower combination.
• A powder room is located on the main level.

The outdoor hot tub accommodates five. The tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled after each guest, to protect your health. Directions for its proper use are at the cabin.

The closest full service grocery store is Ingle’s, about a 15 minute drive. Convenience stores, vegetable and fruit stands, and a gourmet butcher shop are located closer.

This is a dry county, but you can purchase beer & wine at Ingle’s and elsewhere, Monday through Saturday. Restaurants in Fannin County are not allowed to serve alcohol, but most will allow you to bring in wine. Check with the restaurant to confirm their policy before going.

Mountain High has two gas burning fireplaces. These fireplaces do not burn wooden logs. Logs, paper, trash, or anything else should not be placed in the fireplaces!

No dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, firearms, or firecrackers are permitted on the property.

NO PETS are permitted.

NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.

At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the cabin each day of the rental period. (Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.)
